7. Liability and Warranty

  • Legal Warranty: Under EU law, you are entitled to a legal warranty that the products comply with the agreement and perform as reasonably expected.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Dutch law, HollySkin.nl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products. Our total liability for any claim under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.
