2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Processing Time: We strive to process and hand over all orders to our carrier within 1–2 business days of receiving your order. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary depending on the destination. While standard domestic shipping within the Netherlands typically takes 1–2 business days after processing, shipping to Belgium may take slightly longer.

  • Delays Outside Our Control: Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs clearance, or severe weather conditions.

3. Order Tracking

We believe in full transparency. Every order we ship includes tracking information. As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Track & Trace link so you can monitor its journey in real-time.
