Refund policy

At Hollyskin.nl, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible products and services. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you, received the product.

To initiate a return:

  2. Please provide your order number and the items you wish to return.

  3. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to safely package and ship the products back to us.

Product Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, the products must be unused, unopened, and in their original, undamaged packaging. Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, skincare products that have been opened or unsealed cannot be accepted for return.

Return Shipping Costs: [Option A: If you pay] We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. [Option B: If they pay] The direct costs of returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned package and verify that the items meet our return criteria, we will process your refund.

  • Full Returns: If you return your entire order, we will refund the full purchase price, including our standard delivery shipping charges.

  • Partial Returns: If you keep part of your order, only the cost of the returned items will be refunded.

  • Timeline: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days of us receiving the items (or receiving proof that they have been sent back).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a defective, incorrect, or damaged product, please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs, at no extra charge to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for your current item and place a new order on our website.
