Yes, it is important to apply SPF product every day, even if it's not sunny outside. UV rays can penetrate clouds and windows, and exposure to these rays can cause skin damage, aging, and increase the risk of skin cancer.
SPF (Sun Protection Factor) products help to protect your skin from these harmful UV rays. It's recommended to use a broad-spectrum SPF of 30 or higher and apply it at least 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every two hours, or more often if you're sweating or swimming.
Even if you're indoors or in a car, it's still recommended to wear SPF as UV rays can penetrate through windows. So, applying SPF every day is an important step in protecting your skin and maintaining its health.
ORDERS & RETURNS
1) Can I edit or cancel my order once it was placed?
Once your order has been accepted, it may not be possible to make changes or cancel it. This is because the order processing system may have already begun to process and fulfil the order. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, it's best to contact us as soon as possible to see if we are able to accommodate your request. However, please note that they may not be able to make changes or cancel the order if it's already in progress. It's always a good idea to carefully review your order before submitting it to avoid any issues.
2) What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of receipt of the item. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund or exchange. However, please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please keep in mind that certain items may not be eligible for return, such as items that were already opened or used.
3) Can I exchange a product?
We currently do not offer product exchanges. However, you can return the item you purchased and place a new order for the product you would like to receive instead.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return policy requirements, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. You can then place a new order for the product you would like to receive instead.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the new order will be subject to our standard shipping and handling fees.
4) According to shipping information, my order was delivered, but I can't find my package. What should I do?
If your order was delivered according to our website information, but you are unable to locate the package, we recommend that you take the following steps:

Check the delivery address: Ensure that the address you provided during checkout is correct and that you have checked all possible locations around the property where the package may have been delivered.

Check with neighbors: Check with your neighbors to see if the package was accidentally delivered to the wrong address.
